Find out if a Vinyasa yoga class is right for you
Vinyasa Yoga is a challening style of class. its the style of class to pick if you want to build heat, strength and let off energy. its about enjoying progression in your mentality and phisicality

What to expect from a Vinyasa Yoga Class
The challenge in Vinyasa Yoga comes from both the pace of the practice and the asanas (poses) included. In our classes, we move with one breath per movement, creating a smooth and continuous flow of energy and motion.
Vinyasa classes often include strong standing poses, balances, planks, and press-ups. These poses are also part of Hatha Yoga, but in Vinyasa we move through them more dynamically. Hatha Yoga allows more time to explore and refine each pose, while Vinyasa focuses on maintaining a steady rhythm and mindful transition between postures.
To practice Vinyasa safely and with confidence, it’s important to know your body, understand how it moves, and be aware of your breath. For most people, starting with Hatha Yoga and then moving on to Vinyasa provides the perfect foundation for a balanced and sustainable yoga practice.
The Beauty of Vinyasa Yoga
The true beauty of Vinyasa Yoga lies in its pace, flow, and mindful movement. As we move with the breath, we aim to maintain strong alignment, steady breathing, and centered awareness, so the core principles of yoga remain at the heart of every sequence.
Vinyasa Yoga evolved from Hatha Yoga, and both share the same purpose — to create a flow of positive energy, mindful actions, and emotional balance. Through this moving meditation, we develop a sense of calm, focus, and inner regulation, mirroring the flow of life itself.
Vinyasa reflects the rhythm of modern life, offering a dynamic and energizing practice, while Hatha teaches us a slower, more reflective way to reconnect with balance and presence.
