
Hello,
As well as our lovely group classes at Sama Yoga, I offer private 1-to-1 sessions and small group sessions. These can be held at the student’s home, in my garden studio, or at the Sama Yoga Studio. I understand that a larger group class is not the right fit for everyone when practising yoga. I came to yoga with a focus on inclusivity and a belief that yoga is an accessible way to get fit and feel healthy. Yoga is a wonderful way to improve/ regain mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance, reduce stress, and grow in confidence. Private yoga sessions are ideal for those who want adaptable, personal, and individual support as they begin or continue their movement journey. They are also great for those with busy schedules who prefer the teacher to come to them

My approach: kind, gentle, enthusiastic, dedicated and open minded. With my background in teaching a wide range of students, I understand that each person has different wants and needs. Each session will include an opening central nervous system–regulating meditation and will close with a supine relaxation. Beyond this, sessions can be alignment-based, mobility-focused, fitness-based, or a combination of all of the above. I can provide all necessary props. We ca draw on all aspects of yoga to create a fulfilling program for you that is kind,challenging and feels good.

Private 1-2-1 session: £45/1 hour - £50 75 minutes
Private couples session: £70/hour
private group of 3/4: £90/hour
