Our yoga studio is located within a children’s soft play facility, offering a calm yet engaging environment complete with lights, bubbles, toys, changing facilities, and supportive staff to help keep little ones content throughout your session.
What to Expect from Class
Each class combines strengthening postures and gentle flows with longer-held stretches to release tension, improve mobility, and regulate the nervous system.
It’s a space to reconnect with your body, build confidence, and enjoy the company of other local parents in a relaxed, nurturing setting.
Suitable for babies aged 3 months and older.
Baby Sensory elements:
Incorporated throughout the class, baby sensory elements such as light play, gentle sounds, and movement help stimulate your baby’s development while keeping them happily engaged.
