Struggle with managing stress or flexibility our Yin Yoga Class Every Thursday 19:45 is a slow, meditative practice focused on deep stretching and relaxation, allow yourself to let it all out on the mat. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing for a gentle yet intense release of any stiffness, trapped stress in the connective tissues, joints, and fascia, allowing healing to begin and mobility to return. The session emphasizes on removing all that you put in your body on a daily basis, helping to improve and restore flexibility, reduce stress, and promote inner calm. The gentle and restorative movements, the soft music and warm lighting offer the perfect setting to slow down. The class concludes with Savasana or a short meditation, leaving participants feeling deeply relaxed and restored ready for the best nights sleep.
